This is a Low-Cost, High-Value remedy for loose wipers in T1N Sprinter vans. It replaces the thin factory nut with a much larger heavy duty stainless steel, clamping nut that you can adjust depending on how worn your mechanism is. The thin nuts wear the threads and come loose causing the wipers to lose tension on the windshield.
